How the Sessions Run
Most Marriage Coaches/Counsellors operate on their own but we operate as a couple, this is to ensure gender balance during sessions.

Fees
Free initial consultation session to discuss how the sessions will benefit you.
Fees: £70 per session
How to Pay:
Payment is required at the time of booking and is via online banking - payment details will be provided when you book.
Cancellations:
All sessions are conducted via Zoom or in person and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and missed session:
We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any other need to cancel a future appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. The required notice for cancellation is as follows: Monthly session - 1 week; by-weekly session - 3 days and weekly session – 2 days. Where there is less notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the full fee will be charged.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive late for a session, the session will start when you arrive and end at its scheduled end time.
Refunds/credits:
Monies paid for a session which has been cancelled by you will be held as a credit for future session. This session must be taken within 4 weeks of the original session, after which time the credit will expire unless agreed otherwise by us.
Assignments: may be given to couples as and when required.
Confidentiality:
Confidentiality is important to the work that we do. We will ensure that what is discussed during our sessions remain confidential unless our clients are a danger to themselves or a third party. If this is the case, we will discuss with client at length before approaching appropriate Agency.
Personal Data is treated in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR EU Data and Law 2018.
